Building Updates

Dear Parent/Guardian;

On Monday, April 5, 2010 a construction fence will be erected on the Judson campus which will change all traffic patterns on the campus. The map below shows a shaded area that will be enclosed by the fence. This fence will shut down the road that goes around and behind the girl's gym and choir room. Please note the following:

• If you enter from Judson Road you will have to exit onto Judson Road.

• If you enter from FM 1844 (Seven Pines Rd.) you will have to exit onto FM 1844

• Only buses and band parents should use the FM 1844 entrance/exit

• The loop around the ISS Building will be closed so you will not be able to pull around that building when you pick up band students

• The lot in between the two gyms will have parking ONLY next to the  Boy's gym wall. The fence will make the lot smaller and traffic will need to flow back to Judson Rd.

• Please ask your students to move quickly to be picked up so that you will not block the roads while you wait for them

• Bus riders will follow the same school procedure and are not affected at this time

Please plan ahead with your student! If this will change the drop off or pick up point for a child it is very important that all parties are aware of the changes so that you will not have to hunt for each other at the end of the day. Please be patient as the traffic will smooth out just like it does at the beginning of each school year.
