The LHS CEEB Code (School Code is 444-280)
You may register only once with an
ACT fee waiver, either in your junior or senior year. The waiver is
considered used once you register, even if you do not test. Please
understand that counselors are only given a limited number of fee waivers
and those are distributed early in the year. If your counselor no longer has
fee waivers, you may still obtain a waiver from East Texas
Education Opportunities Center on Mobberly Ave. Your counselor will fax a
form to ETEOC to document you participation in the free or reduced lunch
program. Then you may drop by ETEOC to pick up your waiver. Fee waivers
cover only the basic registration fee for either the ACT (No Writing)
or the ACT Plus Writing, including up to four valid college choices
(listed at the time of registration). Waivers do not cover the late
fee, test date changes, test center changes, or any other fees,
including standby testing fees. Students who receive a fee
waiver for the ACT test may also be eligible to receive a waiver for their
college application fees.
You must inquire about this possibility with the admissions counselor
of the college to which you are applying.
