Excellent instruction leads to high achievement. All staff members must demonstrate concern for children, understanding of child development, knowledge of subject matter, and commitment to the task of teaching.
Individual differences exist among students. A well-balanced curriculum will provide for the needs, abilities, interest, and learning styles for all students.
School-home partnerships enhance students' success. Educators and parents will communicate positively and regularly concerning student self-concept, achievement, and behavior.
Faculty, staff, parents, students, and community members are all accountable for the success of students.
